VAR/OEM Description of Software and Product Fees (B)

For Product as Described in Schedules A and A-1
Company shall pay Pension Systems Corporation a license fee of ($_______) for each unit bundled on Company's Company PC computer systems. Company shall submit quarterly royalty reports along with payment for the previous calendar quarters within forty-five (45) days from the end of each calendar quarter.

Upon approval of this Agreement, and before Pension Systems Corporation begins customization work as specified in Schedule A, Company agrees to pay Pension Systems Corporation a Signing Fee of ($______). End-user Support Company agrees to directly support its own customers. Pension Systems Corporation shall provide premium technical support to Company based on the following options:
